1. Choose your vehicle
Once you find a vehicle from our stock list, please send your inquiry. In case you could not find a car you are looking for, please feel free to send a message so that we can search from auction.
2. Ask the P/I (proforma invoice)
When you confirm your order after negotiating the price and condition, please ask a P/I and arrange the payment.
3. Arrange payment T/T (telegraphic transfer)
We require either 50% deposit or 100% full payment to arrange T/T within 3 working days to reserve your car. If you choose 50% deposit, the balance to be paid within 5 working days from the ETD.
Clients are required to send the copy of the T/T with a bank stamp as soon as the payment is arranged.
4. Arrange the Shipment
As soon as we confirm your payment into our account, we will arrange earliest shipment available.
5. Check documents (bill of lading)
After the vessel left Japan, we will send the copy of B/L. Clients who remain balance are required to pay the balance immediately.
6. Dispatch Documents
When we confirmed the reception of the 100% payment in our account, we will dispatch the original documents.
7. Receive your vehicle
If you need a help clearing at Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam, we can introduce our partner company. Please feel free to ask us.


All bank charge to be buyer’s responsibility. Buyer have to arrange the payment for the seller to receive full amount agreed.
Only the purchasing amount more than USD4,000- can be devided into two payments.

Additional Services

Please feel free to ask additional service such as facilitating used alloy rims etc. We can provide such service according to the location and condition of the car.
